Slope Stabilization

CreekStone specializes in slope failure stabilization.  Slope failures vary greatly in underlying causes but all share one thing in comman, time sensitivity.  CreekStone understands the importance of prompt plan of action in regards to slope failure and utilizes the most modern and effective practices to reach long-term stabilization of unstable and failing slopes.

Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)

CreekStone performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to determine the nature of potential environmental issues at a site during a real estate transaction or refinancing.  ESAs involve four key steps: site and area reconnaissance, records research, interviews, and reporting.  CreekStone personnel have performed ESAs throughout the Southeast United States at residences, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.  Environmental concerns frequently identified include underground storage tanks, aboveground storage tanks, transformers, hydraulic equipment, chemical and petroleum substances, and septic tanks.  According to the results of the Phase I ESA, CreekStone will conduct the Phase II ESA when needed.  Phase II ESA's are very site dependent but usually include soil and/or groundwater sampling to delineate the presence and/or extent of contamination presented by the Recognized Environmental Concern on site.
