About CreekStone

CreekStone, PLLC was established in 2011 by Ronnie Dilbeck, Professional Geologist. The goal of CreekStone is to provide practical solutions to environmental and geological issues commonly encountered here in the Southern Appalachians.  Commitment to timely, cost effective solutions and client confidentiality is always a goal for CreekStone, PLLC.  We remain dedicated to our clients and strive to satisfy those in need of our services.

Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)

CreekStone performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to determine the nature of potential environmental issues at a site during a real estate transaction or refinancing.  ESAs involve four key steps: site and area reconnaissance, records research, interviews, and reporting.  CreekStone personnel have performed ESAs throughout the Southeast United States at residences, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.  Environmental concerns frequently identified include underground storage tanks, aboveground storage tanks, transformers, hydraulic equipment, chemical and petroleum substances, and septic tanks.  According to the results of the Phase I ESA, CreekStone will conduct the Phase II ESA when needed.  Phase II ESA's are very site dependent but usually include soil and/or groundwater sampling to delineate the presence and/or extent of contamination presented by the Recognized Environmental Concern on site.
